Here it is: A new blog! I’m so happy to be finally able to publish my first post here. After quite some time of planning, writing schemes and playing around with layouts, I’m really happy with the final outcome. So let me tell you the story of this blog:
Last winter I decided that I wanted to give blogging another try, right this time. With a theme, lots of original content and lots of fun. It took me quite some time to work out the concept because there were so many options out there and so many ideas swirling around in my head. One day then I had a flash inspiration: There was one theme that I could think of tons of topics I wanted to share without even racking my brain for hours. And that theme is (drumroll): A healthy, green and eco-friendly lifestyle!
Soo, what does that mean? I want to give information on topics like global warming, waste of drinking water and resources (and so much more) and give tips on how to fight these, because these topics are more important today than ever before. But don’t worry, this will also be a lifestyle blog that you can read to relax without having to feel guilty because you didn’t buy organic cotton clothes this time ;). There will be fashion tips, healthy recipes (for people on a tight budget like me), challenges for your everyday life and so much more that I plan to reveal in the next few days/weeks. I am really, really excited and I hope you are, too!
As for the change of name and domain: There are two reasons for that. I wasn’t really happy with the old one anymore and it wasn’t fitting the theme anyway. I will keep it though, since it was my first attempt at blogging (I’m sentimental like that). There are some topics I loved writing about (home decor, for example) that I sadly had to say goodbye to. So, who knows, maybe there will be a post every few weeks over there, too?
What do you think? Will you start this new journey with me? If you want, you can start following this blog with Bloglovin.
See you soon!

Oh my goodness, I can completely relate to this post. First of all, so far so good. Your blog is aesthetically lovely! Secondly, I too just started a blog up again, and went through the same mindset you did, “Lots of new custom content, an actual schedule/plan for my posts, and of course a solid look.” I created about 6 posts before I got ansty and just launched it, so I’m still working on the whole look and feel (something that’s not a template), and that will come. In the meantime though, welcome back to blogging ;)
